What do these accreditations mean to you?
Reproducibility
All documents, produced in processing of the orders (e.g. order forms, also technical records) must be archived in a clearly defined way. By this means, it is still reproducible after years, which member of our staff analysed the respective sample when on which machine and if any characteristic has been observed.
Accuracy
We must prove the accuracy of our assessments obtained from our tests regularly. As a rule, we do this by annual laboratory comparison tests. In these comparison tests, the participating labs exchange samples, test them independently and compare the respective results. We can only keep our accreditation, when we are able to prove in these tests, that our procedures provide accurate results.
Verifiability
Our methods and results are inspected regularly: By annual internal auditions and every 18 months by external independent inspectors. Doing this, our company proves that our laboratory complies in its complete processes (including order handling and reporting) with the normative.

All this proves to our clients:
Reliable results from a professional service provider.
